Our work

  • HeadScape

    Headscape

    We thought

Our chance to develop and create a site, in conjunction with the Oxleas NHS Trust, that can really make a difference in the lives of children seeking help with their mental health … how amazing.

    We created

A bright, engaging and fully interactive one stop shop self-referral website, covering over 30 mental health conditions. From concept to design to functionality to peer testing to industry body approval to a fully animated introductory video, we gave it our all.

    We delivered

A ground-breaking award winning website that gives its users a whole world of resource at a time when they need it the most, delivering a fully dynamic and ultimately invaluable service. One to be really proud of.

  • Somerville

    Somerville

    We thought

Somerville College has a very modern approach to being an Oxford College but had a website that was giving out the opposite message.

    We created

A brand new look and feel that encompasses the diverse community that Somerville represents.

    We delivered

A bright, clean and not so red website that gives a more realistic, fully responsive representation of what life at Somerville College is all about.

  • Oxford Thinking

    casestudies_LS_v004_PRINT - Oxford Thinking

    We thought

Sure, an annual report needs to let people know about the money raised and how it’s being spent, but more interestingly, The University of Oxford’s fund raising activities are all about great stories that should be told.

    We created

A well paced, engaging magazine style report, which focused on the people, places and ideas that were benefitting from the funds raised.

    We delivered

A new look report, with a clever cover, to intrigue donors to pick it up, sophisticated but unintimidating design and strong imagery to encourage them to engage with the compelling stories inside, and hopefully encourage them to get involved!

  • Alice’s Day

    casestudies_LS_v004_PRINT - Alice Day

    We created

Two vibrant, bespoke looks to appeal to each event’s individual audience, and to work within both sets of brand guidelines.

    We delivered

Something frabjous! An eight-page, double ended, topsy turvy front paged newspaper full of intriguing stories, event listings and a funky map, showing where all the fantastic festival fun was held over the two days.

  • BM Trada – Brand

    casestudies_LS_v004_BRAND - BM Trada

    We thought

    We created

A clean, bold, modern look that truly reflects their reliability, industry know how, excellence and thoroughness.

    We delivered

A shiny new logo, a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to help sell the new look internally and inform externally, a fresh website design and a range of print and electronic collateral which embeds the style.

  • Cranfield – virtual tours

    casestudies_LS_v004_DIGITAL - Cranfield

    We thought

If you can’t get there in person, Visiting Cranfield School of Management in the on-line world should still be an exciting, immersive experience.

    We created

An online family of websites, all part of the Culham St Gabriel’s brand including a knowledge bank for RE teachers, students and researchers.

  • David Fisher

    casestudies_LS_v004_DIGITAL - Fisher

    We thought

It’s all about the pictures! A good photographer’s website should put the work front and centre. David Fisher’s extensive portfolio merited special treatment.

    We created

A showreel style site where the images dominate, simple navigation and slick, seamless movement from picture to picture.

    We delivered

A luxurious and immersive experience for the visitor, to allow them to indulge in all the work on show, or dip in and still be wowed by a snapshot impression.

  • Farncombe Estate

    farncombe-portfolio

    We thought

Farncombe Estate – Wow! Over 400 acres of stunning Cotswold countryside that’s home to several very different businesses, all making the most of their beautiful surroundings. This family of businesses needs a family of websites that tell you what they do and what makes them so special, with a parent page that shows you what they’re all about.

    We created

The Farncombe brand gave us a great starting point. We created a fresh new look for them, starting with the parent site. We wanted to go beyond a landing page, and give visitors a snapshot of what Farncombe’s actually like.  We also updated the courses and conference websites inside and out, to create a better user experience as well as refreshing the overall design.  Finally, we turned our attention to a brand new website for the estate hotel, Dormy House, which is undergoing renovation.

    We delivered

We took all the beautiful views that we were so enthralled by when we first visited Farncombe and made them the backdrop for a digital journey around the Estate. We developed simple navigation to take you to the other updated sites without any hassle. Like the estate itself, the portal is the perfect back drop for the jewel in the crown, the lovingly refurbished Dormy House Hotel website.  The result is a digital experience that has as much impact and pays the same attention to the important little things as the hotel itself.

    casestudies_LS_v004_DIGITAL - Pearson

    We thought

    We created

A scalable space with infinite possibilities to allow the system to grow over time as more and more features and brands are brought on-line (Well, why be restricted?). The visual style of the system was balanced between the need to engage primary school kids and to be flexible enough to accommodate multiple different brands.

    We delivered

Modern HTML animation techniques, combined with a highly engaging and colourful interface, which is intuitive and simple to navigate.

  • Said Business School

    casestudies_LS_v004_DIGITAL - Said

    We thought

The Saïd Business School needs a new website that will really set it apart from the B school crowd, be nationally recognizable and make their vast wealth of content really easy to access.

    We created

User journeys and personas – lots of them! These allowed us to come up with the very best architecture to meet some pretty complex user and client requirements and designs for a multi-layered, responsive website, to tackle the vast scale and depth of content.

    We delivered

A website that really does the business! It’s dynamic, engaging, content rich yet clear, and delivers a really interactive experience that allows busy users to find and get to the content they want within a couple of clicks.

    venturefest-2011

    casestudies_LS_v004_PRINT - Click Netherfield

    We created

Spring in a box – an event to appeal to all the senses, to stimulate, enrapture and amuse. The result was an unforgettable launch event, which planted (see what we did there) the product, through beautifully crafted display, in the natural environment from which it comes.

  • 3 Mobile box

    3 Mobile box

    We thought

3 mobile’s strong brand of warmth and straightforwardness needed to be baked into their recruitment pack, at the same time as being clear enough to make sure all the important employment forms get filled in correctly!

    We created

A lovely box containing the most down-to-earth and simple of welcomes – a brew and some tasty chocolate. And we popped a biro in the box too – just to give you one less excuse not to fill in your forms.

    We delivered

Well, technically the postman delivered them. But, thanks to our exhaustive research into the minimum standard letterbox sizes in the UK (that was a fun Tuesday afternoon – surprising how hard it is to find out), we made sure he could.
