Description:

We’re looking for an Account/Project Manager. You’ll be the face of One, building strong relationships with your clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, running and delivering creative digital, brand and print projects for a range of clients from start to finish.

From project kickoff – going to see clients, discussing their needs, taking a brief and transforming this into a fully planned project with a budget, schedule and direction – to delivering the finished product – working with the design and development teams to ensure that the clients’ dreams become a beautifully polished, well-thought through reality, delivered on time and within budget.

During business as usual, you’ll be on hand to help your clients with any issues and enquiries that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Respond to new business enquiries and contributing to pitches
  • Attend client meetings – planning, kicking off, taking briefs, status updates, presentations.
  • Create quotes and proposals
  • Create schedules for projects.
  • Set and monitor budgets for projects.
  • Work with finance system to ensure financial and invoicing information is up to date and correct.
  • Work with scheduling system to book design and development work.
  • Creative input – organise and contribute to brainstorms with creative and digital teams.
  • Website planning – create sitemaps and wireframes for website projects.
  • Prepare and deliver design briefs.
  • Prepare and deliver development briefs, taking into account technical specifications, sitemap and wireframes.
  • Review design and development work in progress.
  • Content upload (occasional).
  • Respond to daily enquiries from existing clients, tackling issues that arise and maintaining good relationships.

Experience:

  • Experience of working with/around creative agencies
  • Previous customer-facing or account management experience would be a real advantage
  • Knowledge of brand, print and web development

Desirable:

  • An interest and instinct for great creativity
  • Strong writing skills, possibly even copywriting skills

Pay and Perks:

Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (part-time, 20-30 hours a week)

Description:

We are looking for a part-time marketing ninja to help get our name out there, drive in-bound enquiries and brand awareness. This is a new role, so you’ll be vital in both creating our strategy and delivering on it.

From working with our team of designers and developers to create great marketing materials, to running our mailing list in MailChimp, you’ll be a one-stop shop of marketing brilliance and drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop our marketing strategy and objectives with the managing and creative directors
  • Create and deliver our marketing plan
  • Work with our team to create marketing communications and campaigns
  • Help develop our messaging
  • Recommend the best channels to get our messages out there
  • Manage our website and social media channels
  • Measure effectiveness of campaigns and channels
  • Keep an eye on the competition
  • Create and manage the Onesie (quarterly newsletter)
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Occasionally contribute to client work or pitches from a marketing perspective

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience
  • Experience working at or alongside agencies/in the creative/digital/brand/campaigns sector.
